Here are the forms you will need to be a part of Kellerfest.

Application deadline is April 2, 2014.

Business Booth Application

$400 Business 10x10 Booth Space

$350 Chamber Member Business 10x10 Booth Space

A separate refundable deposit of $ 50.00 must be submitted with check or cash in a self-addressed, stamped envelope. This deposit will be returned by mail after KellerFest if teardown times are adhered to.

Arts & Crafts Booth Application

$300 Arts & Crafts Space

A separate refundable deposit of $ 50.00 must be submitted with check or cash in a self-addressed, stamped envelope. This deposit will be returned by mail after KellerFest if teardown times are adhered to.

Food Vendor Application

$250 Food Vendor Fee plus 20% of gross sales collected after festival through ticket redemption.

A separate refundable deposit of $ 50.00 must be submitted with check or cash in a self-addressed, stamped envelope. This deposit will be returned by mail after KellerFest if teardown times are adhered to.

Non-Profit Village Application

A separate refundable deposit of $ 50.00 must be submitted with check or cash in a self-addressed, stamped envelope. This deposit will be returned by mail after KellerFest if teardown times are adhered to. 

Terms of Agreement

  • You MUST provide your own tables or chairs as needed.
  • You can bring a free standing 10X10 tent. Oversized tents will not be permitted. No tents, tables or chairs will be provided. You will need to provide your own heavy-duty 12 or 15 gauge electrical extension cord to access the electrical outlet.
  • You are permitted to distribute flyers and information about your “non-profit” organization ONLY.
  • A small donation box is permissible, NO SELLING IS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON, also active solicitation outside of your designated booth area is prohibited.
  • This is an informational and awareness venue for your organization.
  • Driving on grass is strictly prohibited. Violators will be held liable for damages by the City of Keller.
  • The Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce makes no guarantees, expressed or implied as to the potential revenues, attendance, sales volume or booth placement.
  • Non-food vendors will not be permitted to sell or giveaway soft drinks or snacks.
  • To qualify for a Non-Profit booth space at no charge, you must comply with the terms of this agreement.
  • Political Organizations and/or campaigns do not qualify as a non-profit booth vendor.
